These terms apply to iloveuicecream.com and event services provided by I Love “U” Ice Cream (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Booking & Payments

An inquiry lets you check availability, ask questions and receive pricing. It does not reserve a date. We confirm event details, availability and any travel fee before you book.

A 30% nonrefundable deposit reserves your confirmed date. Guest-paid events require written confirmation of the organizer’s booking arrangements.

See our Pricing page or School, Daycare & Preschool Events page for rates. Your invoice or written booking agreement confirms servings, service time, payment deadlines and applicable charges. Review all booking terms before paying.

Payments may use a third-party provider. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize only the charges you approve.

Rain or Shine & Severe Weather

Events take place rain or shine. If thunderstorms or severe weather prevent safe service, your deposit will transfer to a rescheduled event taking place within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Other disruptions, including mechanical problems, unsafe conditions, government restrictions or venue decisions, are handled in good faith under the applicable written booking agreement.

Your Event Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details and promptly tell us about changes.

• Obtain venue permission and provide safe, legal access and parking.

• Share venue restrictions and meet site requirements agreed before the event.

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and our team.

Inaccurate information, delays, restricted access or significant event changes may result in additional costs and an updated invoice or agreement.

Food Allergies

Our products and equipment may contain or contact dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens. Tell us about allergy concerns before your event. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Communications & Website Use

Submitting an inquiry asks us to contact you about it by phone or email. You may ask us to stop optional communications at any time.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use its content unlawfully. Website content belongs to us or its respective owners and may not be copied commercially without permission.

Liability & General Terms

We work to keep website information accurate, but availability, pricing and service details may change. Your invoice or written booking agreement governs final booking details and any booking-specific cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Florida law governs these terms. We may update them as our services or business practices change; the effective date shows the latest revision.
