Ice Cream Truck for School, Daycare & Preschool Events

Celebrate reward days, graduations and special occasions with a cheerful soft-serve experience for your students. We coordinate service with your school, daycare or preschool staff to keep the event running smoothly.

Student Program Pricing

$6 per student serving for events organized by schools, daycares and preschools. A $600 minimum event total applies and covers up to 100 servings. Additional servings are $6 each.

Includes 2 hours of ice cream service. Additional service time is $50 per hour.

A travel fee may apply depending on your event location. Any applicable fee will be discussed and confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Planning your event

Share your event date, student age range, serving count, schedule and any dietary requirements. We will coordinate serving choices and timing with your organizer. Staff remain responsible for supervision and reviewing dietary suitability.

School-paid and student-pay arrangements are available, with any fundraising arrangement agreed separately.

Complete our form to check availability and pricing. If you choose to book, we confirm the serving count and any travel fee before sending an invoice. For prepaid events, a 30% deposit reserves your confirmed date. Submitting the form does not reserve a date.
